RULES
Rules to oblige
- Participants must follow the official route to complete the race. Any participants who do not follow the official route will be disqualified. Participants should download the official GPX file and upload to their sport watch for navigation.
- It is strictly forbidden to take shortcuts and use of any transport other than your own feet, except connecting transport between the sections.
- No pacers are allowed during the race.
- External support is allowed only at the official CPs and Central Pier (non-official CP).
- Only public transport is allowed to connect the sections. Exception : 146km One Go participants who fail to take the last train on 29th March to cross the harbour from Tai Koo to Lam Tin (1-hour time penalty will be imposed).
- Participants may be asked to provide their Strava record to prove its running route.
- The Runner must be reachable at anytime before, during and after the race: Keep the phone on, airplane mode is forbidden and could cause to the penalties. Smartphone should be activated, and with international roaming for overseas runners, allowing for its use in Hong Kong.
146km One Go additional rules
- Participants who fail to catch the last train should inform the Tai Koo CP9 in-charge what transport they will take to cross the harbour to start RS 4 (the last section)
- Take a selfie at Lam Tin MTR station exit A. The selfie with the time stamp should be shown to the Tseng Lan Shue CP10 in-charge.
ATTENTION : Official marshals with crew ID card will be assigned at Lam Tin Station to carry out random check with the participants.
賽事須遵守的規則
- 參賽者必須按照官方路線完成比賽。 任何不遵循大會路線的參賽者將被取消資格。 參賽者應下載大會 GPX 檔案並上傳至運動手錶進行導航。
- 嚴禁走捷徑和使用雙腳以外的任何交通工具。接駁各段之間的交通工具除外。
- 比賽期間不允許有陪跑員。
- 僅大會檢查站及中環碼頭(非官方檢查站)允許外部支援。
- 除146km One Go參賽者因未能搭乘3月29日尾班地鐵列車由太古過海至藍田(將有1小時處分),接駁各段必須使用公共交通工具。
- 大會有權向參賽者提供其 Strava 記錄以查核其活動軌跡是否正確。
- 賽前、賽中和賽後的任何時間都必須能夠聯繫到參賽者:保持手機開通,禁止使用飛行模式,否則可能會導致處分。 海外參賽者須開設智慧型手機,並開通國際漫遊,以便在香港使用。
146 公里 One Go 附加規則
- 未能趕上由太古開出的尾班列車的參賽者必須通知太古CP9負責人將乘坐的交通工具到RS4(最後一段)
- 所有參賽者必須在藍田站A出口自拍,並須向井欄樹CP10負責人出示帶有時間戳的自拍照片。
不遵守上述任何一項規則的,將被取消資格。
注意:大會將會有工作人員(持有大會工作證)在藍田站對參賽者進行隨機檢查
Change of category during the race
If participants decide to downgrade the distance, they have to stop at the finish point of the downgraded category and inform the CP in-charge. It will not be acceptable for the downgrade after the participants leaving the downgraded finish point.
Please note that an administration fee of HK$100 will be charged for the change of distance. The fee will include the trophy of the downgraded category. If the trophy is not available at the finihs point, it will be ready for collection in 2 weeks after the race.
賽事期間更改組別
賽事過程中,如參賽者決定要縮短原本組別的距離完賽,參賽者必須到了該組別的終點後立即通知大會的CP負責人。若然參賽者過了該終點後才決定作出更改,大會一律不會接受。
請注意,更改距離需支付港幣100元的行政費用。 費用將包括更改組別後的獎座。 如更改組別的獎座不足,參賽者將於賽事結束後兩週內領取。
General preparation and points to note before and during the race
- It is highly recommended to do a recce in order to familiarise yourself with the route and refuel points.
Wear appropriate sport outfits and trail running shoes. Bring along trekking poles if necessary.
-The race course may be rocky, uneven and steep in places. Participants need to always take great care and look out for their own and other runner's/hiker’s safety and well-being.
- Take extra care when crossing the road or running on the road.
- Provide assistance if other trail users are injured or in distress.
- Bring adequate warm and waterproof clothing.
- “Leave No Trace", no littering.
- No damage to flora or fauna.
- Although there is mobile phone coverage over most of the course, there are still some areas where coverage is either non-existent or intermittent. Ensure the mobile phone is fully charged. Carry a power bank if necessary.
賽前及比賽期間需要注意事項
- 建議在比賽前試路,以熟悉比賽路線和補給點。
- 穿著合適的運動服裝和越野跑鞋。必要時帶上行山杖。
- 崎嶇不平、陡斜險要的路段,參賽者需時刻考慮其他山徑和道路使用者安全。
- 過馬路或在道路上跑步時要格外小心。
- 如遇上其他山徑使用者受傷或遇險,請提供協助.
- 帶備足夠保暖和防水衣服。
-「山野無痕」,不要亂扔垃圾。
- 不要破壞動植物。
- 大部分賽道均屬手提電話網路覆蓋範圍,惟仍有部分地區並無網路覆蓋或接收不良。確保活動時手機有足夠電量。如有需要,應攜帶充電器。
Bag drop
Bag drop services will be provided to all participants.
- Bag drop should be done at least 30 mins before the start (actual time should refer to the wave as printed on the bib). The drop bag (not exceeding 50x30x15cm in volume) will be sent to the finish points according to the categories of the participants (66km at Mui Wo, 100km at Tai Koo, 146km at Tai Mo Shan).
- 100km Warrior participants are allowed to have ONE mid-race drop bag*collected at the start and sent to CP6 at Mui Wo.
- 146km One Go participants are allowed to have TWO mid-race drop bags* collected at the start should be marked clearly the destination. (CP6 at Mui Wo and CP9 at Tai Koo)
* Mid-race drop bags should not exceed the size of 34x43cm. Participants can to use their own bags given the size as specified. Alternatively, official mid-race drop bag can be purchased from us by clicking https://bit.ly/49XkDV4 .
- Mid-race bag, if any, after used should be returned at the point of collection, it will then be sent directly to the finish point.
- No heavy, fragile and valuable stuff should be put in the drop bag/mid race drop bag. The organiser will not be responsible for any losses.
寄存行李
大會向所有參賽者提供行李寄存服務。
- 寄存行李應在比賽開始前至少 30 分鐘進行 (實際時間以號碼布上列印的時間為準)。 行李體積不能超過50x30x15cm,寄存的行李將依據參賽者組別分別送到梅窩(66km Half Loop)、太古(Warrior 100km)或大帽山(146km One Go)終點。
-100km Warrior參賽者可寄存一個中繼包*。中繼包在起點寄存,並會送往梅窩CP6。
-146km One Go參賽者可寄存兩個中繼包*。中繼包在起點寄存,清楚標示要送往的地點(梅窩CP6及太古CP9)。

- 中繼包後應在領收CP歸還,大會將會把中繼包直接送往終點。

Bad weather
If there are any forecast weather changes before the race, notices will be announced via email and published on FB. If there is rainstorm Black signal or typhoon signal No. 8 or above one day earlier or on the same day, the event will be cancelled.
If the weather has an abrupt changes on the race day, the organizer will give a brief of contingency measures to all participants before the start. Participants must pay attention to weather changes and messages sent by the organizer.
惡劣天氣
賽事前如果有任何預測有天氣變化,會以電郵及FB 公布須知事項。 如早一日或當天是黑雨或8號或以上風球,大會將會取消賽事。
如在賽事當日天氣變化不利賽事繼續進行,大會會在起步前向所有參賽者講解應變措施。參賽者必須留意天氣變化及大會通過短信向參賽者發出的訊息。
Liability and Insurance
- Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.
- It is recommend that participants and their support crew should have their own personal accident insurance.
- Participants accept that taking part in the race has an inherent risk of injury.
- Organisers and sponsors have no responsibilities whatsoever of participants including death or injury. All participants must ensure that they are physically fit to participate in the race. By registering of the race, participants agree to obey and accept all the terms and conditions of participation.
- Participants expressly agree that the activity is undertaken under their own responsibility and release the organization from all liability in connection with their athletic activities and they also agree that in no event shall the organizer be liable to the participants or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the race.
Force Majeure
Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, protests, commotion, government, military or police action or instruction, strikes, go-slows, lock outs, blockage or disorder, blocked or inaccessible roads or trails, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism. In such event no refund of the registration fee will be entertained.
Complaint & Disputes
All complaints must be made in writing within 2 days of completion of the course. Any decision is final and without appeal. The organiser reserves the right to a final decision under any disputes and may change the rules or regulations for this event at any time.
Photographs and Video Usage
The organiser reserves the right to use any photographs and/or videos of participants taken by our event photographers. The images may be used for our promotional materials including (but not limited to) websites, social media, newsletters or media releases. Images and videos may also be shared with third parties and event sponsors for their own promotional usage.
Linking Policy
This site contains links to other sites and pages which are not maintained or controlled by the organiser and for which the organiser is not responsible for. When participants activate and access any of these links or pages, they enter to such a site or page at their own risk for which the organiser disclaims all responsibility and liability.
Personal Information Collection Statement
During the registration process, personal data will be collected by the organiser and may include participants’ name, mobile number, email address, age, gender or other such personal information.

不可抗力
不可抗力,即發生超出主辦單位控制範圍的事件,導致主辦活動成為不可能、 不安全或不切實際地情況。不可抗力事件應包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、示威、騷亂、政府、軍事或警察行動或指示、罷工、怠工、禁工、 阻塞或動亂、堵塞或不能通過道路或山徑、 疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為或威脅。 在這種情況下,報名費將不予退還。
投訴與爭議
任何投訴必須在完成路程後2天內以書面形式提出。任何決定均為最終決定,恕不接受上訴。如有任何爭議,主辦單位保留最終決定權,並可隨時更改本次活動的規則或規定。
照片和視頻使用
主辦單位保留使用大會攝影師所拍攝的參賽者任何照片和/或視頻的權利。這些圖像可能會用於主辦單位的宣傳,包括(但不限於)網站、社交媒體、新聞通訊或媒體發布。圖像和視頻也可能與第三方和活動贊助商共享,用於他們的宣傳用途。
鏈接政策
