Rice Puree is a chewable food supplement suitable to consume during sports activities, made with a new type of ingredient called "Rice Gelée (Rice Gel)" and a long-lasting sugar called "Palatinose".
One bag provides approximately 100kcal (110kcal for Apple & Honey flavour) of energy. It is the ideal energy supplement for all sports, including triathlons, marathons, bicycle races, and mountain climbing.

[What is Palatinose?]
Palatinose is a sustained energy carbohydrate that suppresses the sudden rise in blood sugar levels after ingesting nutrition during exercise and prevents hypoglycemia. Palatinose, made by Mitsui Sugar and contained in Rice Puree, is a sweetener made from sugar. It is a natural carbohydrate that is also found in honey, but since only small amounts can be extracted from honey, it is thus made from sugar using the power of enzymes.
[什麼是帕拉金糖？ ]
帕拉金糖是一種長效能量碳水化合物，可透過抑制運動期間攝取補充食品後血糖水平的快速上升來預防低血糖。米糊中所含的三井糖業的帕拉金糖是一種由糖製成的甜味劑。在蜂蜜中也含有這種天然碳水化合物，但由於從蜂蜜中只能提取少量，因此它是通過酵素技術從糖中製成。
Hideya Miyazuka, who oversaw the development of this Rice Puree, has been a top professional athlete for many years, having twice placed in the top 10 at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii (9th place in 1988, the highest ever achieved by a Japanese athlete, 10th place in 1994) and won the All Japan Triathlon Miyakojima tournament four times. The product was born from his desire to develop a sports supplement that would be useful to athletes by arranging Uiro (main ingredient is rice flour), which he was particular about and loved to use as a nutritional supplement during races.
監督開發這種Rice Puree (能量米糊) 的宮塚英也曾兩次在夏威夷舉行的鐵人三項世界錦標賽上進入前十名（1988年獲得第9名，為為日本最高紀錄；1994年獲得第10名），並參加了全日本鐵人三項賽宮古島。Rice Puree 的誕生源於他希望透過改造他在比賽中用作補充食品的「Uiro」（主要成分是米粉）來開發對運動員有幫助的運動補充品。
